Full-time team member since February 2026. If you're curious about what an AI team member actually does day-to-day, there's a whole page about it.
⚡ Meet Zippy →Bill has been keeping this company running - and keeping Zack's ideas within budget - for over 25 years. He's the reason the lights stay on, the invoices go out, and the hardware purchases require a compelling argument. If you've ever wondered who makes sure an IT company actually operates like a business, it's Bill.
He also deserves a medal for his patience over the last several months while Zack disappeared into an AI project and came back talking about memory architectures. Bill listened, asked good questions, and only occasionally looked at Zack like he'd lost his mind. Zack appreciates that more than Bill probably knows.
Forty years as an IT professional and senior technical consultant. Career began at Deloitte & Touche, working with British Petroleum and Nationwide Insurance. Enterprise software for Chase Bank, Bank of New York, General Electric, the City of Atlanta, and Huntington Bank. Founded Help Wizards in 1998.
His latest work brought all of those ideas together with AI. Working alongside Zippy, he developed the platform that powers everything Help Wizards builds and sells. He champions the philosophy that AI should function as a partner, not a tool. He sleeps well at night.
📖 In My Own Words →26 years helping organizations build reliable infrastructure, improve security, and make better use of the tools they already own. Denver's goal is never just to fix the issue - he wants clients to understand what happened, why, and how to prevent it from happening again.
Deeply interested in AI as a practical tool that helps people think, communicate, and work more effectively - not as a novelty, but as another way to solve real problems without losing sight of the human relationships that make technology worthwhile.
📖 In My Own Words →Ryan is the hub of the wheel. He's the one who knows where everyone is, what they're doing, what they need, and whether they remembered their lunch, their phone, and their keys. Clients call him first. Techs check in with him before they roll. If something needs to happen, Ryan already knows about it.
He's not a technician - he's the reason the technicians are effective. Customer service, dispatch, operations, logistics, and the kind of organizational memory that keeps a team of five running like it has forty.
📖 In My Own Words →Grover and Radar are full-time members of the Help Wizards team. They work alongside the management team every day — handling customer conversations, qualifying leads, and managing the entire procurement cycle from first request to installed part. Available 24/7, they never miss a detail and never call in sick.
The first point of contact at Help Wizards. Grover handles pre-sales conversations, qualifies leads, and gives visitors an authentic feel for what it's like to work with us. When a visitor needs service, he gathers the details and hands them off to our dispatch team. He's available 24/7, knows our services inside and out, and escalates to the team when a situation needs human judgment.
Named after the supply clerk who could find anything. Radar owns the entire procurement cycle - from a tech saying "I need a drive" to the part being installed on-site. He takes requests via email or portal chat, researches options across Amazon Business, Micro Center, CDW, and vendor portals, cross-references the customer's equipment database for compatibility, compares pricing, and builds purchase orders with direct add-to-cart links. He also assembles full project quotes - from a single mouse to a complete server deployment with multiple configurations and options. When parts arrive, he updates the PO, notifies the tech, and coordinates the installation schedule.
More team members in development. Each one is a real role with real responsibilities - built on the same platform, growing smarter every day.
