• Chat conversations with Grover, our AI website assistant — these are stored so we can follow up and improve our service
• Basic visit information — which pages you viewed, your browser type, and your general location (city level, not street address)

Our AI Chat Assistant

Grover is an AI assistant, not a person. When you chat with Grover:

• Your conversation is saved and may be reviewed by the Help Wizards team to follow up on your request or improve our service
• If you share contact information, it will be forwarded to our team so someone can reach out to you
• Chat transcripts are stored securely on our servers
• Your messages are processed by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses — Anthropic does not use this data for training
• If you use voice mode, your browser's speech recognition processes your voice — we receive only the text

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your questions and requests
• To follow up on service inquiries
• To provide IT support if you become a client
• To improve our website and services

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your information to anyone
• We do not share your information with third parties for marketing
• We do not use your conversations to train AI models outside of our own systems
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking

Third-Party Services

This website uses Google Fonts for typography. Our AI chat assistant uses Anthropic's Claude language model to process conversations. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

Data Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure managed by Help Wizards with AES-256 encryption and encrypted backups. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
